Going to Germany from Mauritius?
Depending on the purpose and duration of your stay in Germany you can either apply for a Schengen visa for short term stays or a National visa for long term stays (> 90 days).
Mauritian passport holders do not require a visa to enter Germany for short stays.Third-country nationals residing in Mauritius who plan to travel to Germany for short stays can check here whether they need a visa.The Federal Foreign Office in Berlin has outsourced the application process for German visas in Mauritius (Schengen visas and National visas) to the external service Provider TLScontact.All applications for visas must therefore be handed in at the TLScontact visa application centre in Ebène, who will guide you through the application process.
